I was approached to make a utensil for making fufu and along the way, created this part spoon/part spatula utensil that I fell in love with while using in my test kitchen.
As a hybrid utensil, it serves many purposes - the wide mouth can handle almost any project on the stove, but the slight curve on the sides also allows for an excellent serving piece.
The version for fufu is coming - with a longer handle.
Handmade in Tennessee.
