Made from beeswax, Homestead House Salad Bowl Beeswax Finish is food safe and can be used around the kitchen on wooden cutting boards, butcher block, utensils, salad bowls, children’s toys, etc - anything you would like to bring back to life.
Homestead House Salad Bowl Beeswax Finish can also be used as a sealant for milk painted surfaces on fine furniture, or on already oiled furniture (i.e. Danish Oil), for added protection. It dries to a lovely satin sheen.
The Salad Bowl Finish can also be used as a resist is distressing.
